Free Shipping:
For a limited time, we are offering Free Shipping on all orders. Now is the best time to redecorate a room or even your entire home! It's good to have a friend in the furniture business!
Cancel an Order: If you wish to cancel an order please contact us within 48 hours. Custom orders and orders which are in transit can not be cancelled. Your refund will be in the original form of payment.
Defective Items: If an item of merchandise is found to be initially defective, refer to manufacturer's warranty on the product instruction sheet. Defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt. We will reimburse your return shipping costs and issue a replacement product, or issue you a refund.
Damaged Items : Merchandise should be examined immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives noticeably damaged, please refuse shipment and mark the bill of lading "refused due to damage". Please inform us so we may provide substitute merchandise upon return receipt.
Concealed Damage: If concealed shipping damage exists which could not be detected immediately on arrival, an item must be packed in original packaging and we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Freight claims must be filed with delivering carrier within 7 days on merchandise damaged in transit. If you allow this time to elapse no claims can be made and a return cannot be accepted.
Other Returns: Only like-new, resellable, unused stock merchandise in original, undamaged cartons will be accepted for return, subject to inspection. A restocking fee equal to 25% of the original product invoice will be charged. You are responsible for obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our offices. The outside of the shipping carton must be labeled clearly with the RA#, and the product must be returned within ten days after you receive the RA#. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for shipping the product back to the manufacturer per instructions from our office. Custom orders and any items damaged due to insufficient packing in return shipment cannot be returned. |
